Do I need to be a member to join?
Nope! The challenge is open to anyone ready to commit to 6 weeks of consistent, coached training. Members and non-members alike are welcome.
What if I’ve never done a group session before?
No worries! All sessions are coached, and everyone works at their own level. Our coaches guide you through each exercise, making sure you’re doing it safely and effectively.
How often do I need to train?
To participate in the challenge, you’ll need to commit to 3 or 5 of the set group sessions each week. This ensures consistency and accountability - it’s how you’ll get the best results.
Can I swap sessions if I’m busy?
The challenge is designed around set sessions to build consistency and group energy. We recommend making these sessions a priority - that’s how you stay accountable and eligible for prizes.
What if I miss a session?
We understand life happens. Missed sessions count against attendance-based prizes, but the main goal is showing up consistently. You’ll still gain progress and be part of the challenge.
How Much Is The Challenge?
It is a one-off payment of $50.
You can then choose how many sessions you’d like to attend each week through our memberships.
