Join us for the final Challenge of 2022, designed for those wanting to end this year and start 2023 fitter and stronger than before.

With Athletic Base’s unique science-based training program and 1:1 support; the Everyday Athlete Challenge is perfect for those who need some guidance and support to kickstart their fitness journey to the everyday athlete looking to break through their plateaus.


WHAT’S THE CATCH?

Just attend a minimum of 3 x sessions/week for the 6 Weeks to be in the running to win. It’s as easy as that!


 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Choose Your Membership
    Once you’ve registered, you need to select your Membership for the next 6 Weeks. You can view our Memberships options HERE.

    Your Membership gives you access to our structured Strength, Conditioning and Move programming. Each session is tracked through our state of the art app so you’ll be able to see your progress week to week.

  • Get Your Photos Taken
    Sometimes when you’re in it, it can be hard to see your results! Your before and after shots will be taken at Athletic Base at the beginning and end of the 6 week challenge so you can see the results of your hard work.

  • Book In Your 1:1 Private Consultations
    You will receive 3 x 1:1 Private Consultations to take your results to the next level. These consultations will include full-body composition scans and skin folds and allows our coaches to provide further education to give you a deeper understanding on how you can maximise your results from training.

  • Test Yourself
    It’s time to put your training to the test! All Challengers will receive free entry to our annual Athletics Day (17 December).

  • Celebration Night
    We invite you to join us on December 17 at our Christmas Party where the overall winner will be announced and we can celebrate everyones hard work.

FAQs

How Much Is The Challenge?
It is a one-off payment of $99 for current members and $149 for non-members to register .
You can then choose how many sessions they would like to attend each week through the Base Memberships options listed HERE.

What Is The Group Timetable?

Do I Have To Be An Athlete To Do The Challenge?
No. This challenge is suitable for both the full beginner right up to the professional athlete.
Our philosophy is simple; it’s all about building a strong base for your lifestyle or your sport, be it heath or performance.

How Do I Track My Workouts?
You will receive access to the Athletic Base programming via an app on your phone where you can easily record and track each session to ensure you are progressing each week.

When Do I Have My First Consultation And Photos?
This will be done in the first week the challenge starts.
Once you have registered, our team will be in contact with you to organise a time.

What Payment Method Is Used?
Athletic Base uses Pinch Payments for all payments. Your membership payments will be automatically deducted each week over the 6 Weeks and you have the choice to continue with your training or adjust your membership as you wish after the Challenge.

I Have A Pre-Existing Injury, Can I Still Do The Challenge?
Please send our team a message to let us know your injury to allow our coaches to assist in adjusting your programming.

Will I Be Able To Do All Of The Workouts?
Yes! We have regressions and progressions for every exercise. As long as you are willing to learn and challenge yourself each session, no matter your fitness level, you will be able to do all of our sessions.

Do You Offer Refunds?
Athletic Base does not offer refunds for change of mind.

Do I Have To Do The Same Session Times Every Week?
We highly recommend organising a training schedule that you can follow and attend every week, however we understand work may change weekly, so we ask for as much notice as possible to book you into sessions as they are capped.

What Happens If I Miss Or Can’t Make A Session?
As we assist you to attain your health and fitness goals, we also understand that from time to time “Life Happens”. However, as Athletic Base operates its staff on a scheduled appointment basis for private and group training sessions, when cancelling/rescheduling an appointment, we require you to provide MORE than 24 hour notice, which allows us to reschedule with no additional levy incurred. Management is willing to consider individual cases, however if cancellation of a session is LESS than 24 hours of the scheduled time, payment of the full fee for that training session will apply.

What Happens After The Challenge?
Once the challenge ends, you can continue with your training and current membership with Athletic Base or adjust it if you need.
